Leominster Employees Federal Credit Union is seeking qualified candidates for two open positions on our member services team.  This is a great opportunity for customer service-oriented, self-motivated individuals who enjoy working with the public. We are seeking friendly candidates with excellent communication skills.


POSITION: Teller/Member Service Representative – Full Time (32 - 40 Hours)
 

POSITION: Teller/Member Service Representative – Part Time (24 - 32 Hours)

 

JOB DESCRIPTION

General responsibilities include:

  • Providing quality customer service to credit union members
  • Accurately processing member account transactions and requests
  • Cross-selling of credit union products and services
  • Providing member account information and resolving account issues
  • Representing the credit union in a courteous and professional manner
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of all member data.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Prior Banking or Cash Handling experience preferred
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Technical proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Knowledge of a second language is a plus.
