COVID-19: Credit Union Lobby Update

The Credit Union Lobby Temporarily Closed

Due to the surge in COVID-19 cases within the state, and for the safety of our staff and members, the credit union lobby will be temporarily closed effective January 7, 2022.  Members who need to perform transactions that cannot be performed at the Walk-up Window can do so by appointment only.  We believe this is the best course of action at this time for protecting our members and staff, and to insure that the credit union remains open and fully staffed for serving our members financial needs.
 

Walk-up Window Service

Please be advised that members using our Walk-up Window must wear face masks and follow social distancing guidelines by remaining 6 feet apart, while waiting to access the Walk-up Window.

Walk-up transactions will be limited to:

  • Deposits
  • Withdrawals
  • Loan Payments
  • Transfers
  • Account Printout
  • Official CU Check – Single
  • CU Money Order - Single
  • Members are requested to limit the number of transactions as a courtesy to other members in line.

Please Call Ahead for multiple Official CU Check or Money Order purchases, or you may be asked to step out of line and wait for the completion of the transactions.

Face-to-Face Meetings

Credit union staff are available for face-to-face meetings by appointment only.  Members and staff are required to wear face masks coverings during face-to-face meetings, and to follow social distancing guidelines by remaining 6 feet apart at all times.

Loan applicants can apply online by clicking the Apply for a Loan button on our website, or by clicking here.  Loan applications can also be obtained at the walk-up service window, by downloading from our website, or by using this Loan Application download link.  

Electronic Banking Options

Members are encouraged to utilize our  ATM Online Banking, Telephone Response, and Shared Branching services, in order to limit trips to the credit union.  You can use either option to check balances, view transactions, transfer funds and make loan payments.

Members can enroll for online banking by clicking the Home Banking button on our website and selecting the Enroll today link above the system Login.

Members can enroll in the Telephone Response system by calling and speaking to a credit union team member at 978-534-0240.
