COVID-19: Credit Union Operations Update

The Credit Union Lobby Remains Closed

As the state enters the next phase of re-opening during the COVID-19 pandemic the credit union has elected to keep our lobby closed. and to continue in-person member service through the lobby door Walk-up Window.  We beleive this is the best course of action at this time for protecting our members and staff, and to insure that the credit union remains open and fully staffed for serving our members financial needs.

Walk-up Window Service

Please be advised that members using our Walk-up Window must follow Govenor Baker's order of May 6, 2020 requiring face masks or cloth face coverings in public places, and follow social distancing guidlelines by remaining 6 feet apart, while waiting to access the Walk-up Window.

Walk-up transactions will be limited to:

  • Deposits
  • Withdrawals
  • Loan Payments
  • Transfers
  • Account Printout
  • Official CU Check – Single
  • CU Money Order - Single
  • Members are requested to limit the number of transactions as a courtesy to other members in line.

Please Call Ahead for multiple Official CU Check or Money Order purchases, or you may be asked to step out of line and wait for the completion of the transactions.

Face-to-Face Meetings

Credit union staff are available for face-to-face meetings by appointment only.  Members and staff are required to wear face masks or cloth face coverings during face-to-face meetings, and to follow social distancing guidlelines by remaining 6 feet apart at all times.
