What you need to conduct a Shared Branching transaction:

Name of your credit union

Your 9-Digit Account number: (Statement Account number 1/1234.0 = 010012340)

Valid Federal or State ID such as a valid State-Issued Driver’s License or ID Card, a valid US Military ID, or a valid Passport

You might also be asked to provide personal information like the last four digits of your Social Security Number or the address on your account.
